NMDC Hosts Certification Ceremony for Soft Skills and Medical Staff Training

On 8 May 2025, NMDC was honoured to host the Certification Ceremony for the Soft Skills and Medical Staff Capacity Development training, organized by Healthcare Platform Institute (HPI) in coordination with the Erbil Governorate and the Erbil Directorate of Health, and with the support of ICME healthcare.

The ceremony marked the conclusion of the training course held at the centre from 5 to 24 April. Congratulations to all the organizers and participants for recognizing the vital role of soft skills—such as effective communication—in enhancing healthcare quality and organizational success.

لە ٨ی ئایاری ٢٠٢٥دا، NMDC شانازی میزبانی مەڕاسیمی بڕوانامە بەخشین بە بەشداربووانی خوولی ڕاهێنانی بەهێزکردنی توانا مرۆییەکان کرد، کە لەلایەن ئینستیتوتی پلاتفۆرمی تەندروستییەوە (HPI) ڕێکخراوە بە هاوکاری پارێزگای هەولێر و بەڕێوبەرایەتی تەندروستی هەولێر، و بە پشتگیری ICME healthcare.

ئەم مەراسیمە نیشانەی کۆتایی هاتنی ڕاهێنان بوو کە لە سەنتەرەکەمان لە ٥ بۆ ٢٤ی نیسان بەڕێوەچوو. پیرۆزبایی لە هەموو ڕێکخەران و بەشداربووان دەکەن بۆ ناسینەوەی ڕۆڵی گرنگی کارامەییە نەرمەکان— وەک پەیوەندی کاریگەر—لە باشترکردنی کوالیتی چاودێری تەندروستی و سەرکەوتنی ڕێکخراو.
